Executive Committee meeting of FUTA Venue: Faculty Centre of University of Colombo Date & Time: Friday, the 20th June 2008, at 2.00 p.m. Dear ALL, The next Executive Committee meeting of FUTA will be held on Friday, the 20th June 2008, at 2.00 p.m. at the Faculty Centre of University of Colombo. For this meeting, the presence of the President, Secretary and the Treasurer of each member union is highly emphasized. (Please be kind enough to bring the official seals & few copies of your letter heading as well) The Agenda is as Follows; 1. Proposed Salaries 2. Individual & FUTA Registration with Ministry of Labour 3. Admission to Grade 1 4. Appointment of committees for Special projects 5. Work norms & Code of ethics 6. Next Meeting with the President & the Agenda 7. Link with international University Teachers’ associations 8. Other Matters Participation to this meeting is very much essential and please be present.
