University of Sri Jayewardenepura Alumni Association of NSW & ACT is very active in Australia. AGM of this Alumni Association will be held from 3pm to 5pm on 14th December 2014, at Village Green Community Centre, No 109, Bella Vista Drive, Bella Vista.
The AGM includes presentation of accounts for the 2013-14 financial year and the appointment of office bearers and committee members for 2014-15.
Following AGM, members will be treated to a musical entertainment performed by our own members.
They awarded financial grants to following four undergraduates across four faculties of our university in this year.
• J.A.L. Naveendra, Faculty of Applied Science (third year),
• Lahiru Shachinda Hapugoda, Faculty of Management Studies and commerce (third year),
• U.D.Samarasinghe, Faculty of Medical Sciences (second year), and
• Chamila Srimali, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (first year).
