SUMMARY:Call for Abstracts – International Medical Undergraduate Research Conference (IMURC) 2019
DESCRIPTION:The International Medical Undergraduate Research Conference (IMURC) is organized by the Department of Community Medicine\, Faculty of Medical Sciences\, University of Sri Jayewardenepura\, Sri Lanka\, as part of the 60th anniversary celebrations of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Established in 1978\, the University of Sri Jayewardenepura is a renowned higher education institute in Sri Lanka and is committed to engaging in high quality research of local and international relevance. \nIMURC 2019 is a two day academic conference to be held on the 7th and 8th February 2019\, in Colombo. IMURC will provide local and international medical undergraduates the unique opportunity of presenting and discussing their research work with peers and experts and networking with participants. \nIMURC will challenge undergraduates to rethink their work in an international context and to examine and share global trends in their areas of interest. The conference will feature local and international speakers and will provide a platform for undergraduates to share knowledge and discuss issues of global importance with experts. \nIMURC invites medical and allied health undergraduates to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations. Abstract submissions are now open.

DESCRIPTION:ශ්‍රී ජයවර්ධනපුර විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ 60 වන සංවත්සරයට සමගාමීව ශ්‍රී ජයවර්ධනපුර විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ වෛද්‍ය විද්‍යා පීඨයේ ප්‍රජා වෛද්‍ය විද්‍යා අධ්‍යනාංශය විසින් මෙම සම්මන්ත්‍රණය සංවිධානය කර ඇත. 1978 වසරේදී ස්ථාපිත කරන ලද ශ්‍රී ජයවර්ධනපුර විශ්වවිද්‍යාලය ශ්‍රී ලංකාව තුල කීර්තිමත් උසස් අධ්‍යාපන ආයතනයක් වන අතර දේශීය සහ ජාත්‍යන්තර වශයෙන් ඉහල මට්ටමේ පර්යේෂණ සිදු කිරීමට මෙම විශ්ව විද්‍යාලය කැපවී සිටී. \nජාත්‍යන්තර වෛද්‍ය උපාධි අපේක්ෂක පර්යේෂණ සම්මන්ත්‍රණය 2019 පෙබරවාරි මස 7 සහ 8 වන දින වලදී කොළඹදී පැවැත්වීමට නියමිත අතර මෙහිදී දේශීය සහ ජාත්‍යන්තර වෛද්‍ය උපාධි අපේක්ෂකයන් හට ඔවුන්ගේ සම වයසේ සහ විශේෂඥයන් සමඟ ඔවුන්ගේ පර්යේෂණ කටයුතු ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම හා ඒ පිලිබඳ සාකච්ඡා කිරීම සඳහා අවස්ථාව සැලසෙනු ඇත.
