DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\n\nප්‍රකාශන සඳහා ත්‍යාග පිරිනැමීමට අදාළ නිර්ණායක\n\nහැඳින්වීම\n\nමානවශාස්ත්‍ර හා සමාජීයවිද්‍යා පීඨ අධ්‍යයන/ අනධ්‍යයන/ ශිෂ්‍ය ප්‍රජාවගේ ප්‍රකාශන කාර්යයන් ඇගයීමට ලක් කිරීමේ හා ඔවුන් වැඩිදුරටත් ප්‍රකාශන කාර්යය වෙත පෙලඹවීමේ පරමාර්ථ සහිතව පීඨාධිපති මහාචාර්ය ශිරාන්ත හීන්කෙන්ද මහාත්මාගේ සංකල්පයක් අනුව 2020 වර්ෂයේදී ආරම්භ කරන ලද පීඨ ප්‍රකාශන කමිටුව වර්තමානය වන විට අනු කමිටු ගණනාවක සක්‍රිය ක්‍රියාකාරිත්වය හමුවේ ශීඝ්‍ර ප්‍රගතියක් අත්පත් කර ගෙන ඇත. ප්‍රකාශන කමිටුවේ වාර්ෂික සැලැස්මට අනුව සෑම අධ්‍යයන වර්ෂයකම සාහිත්‍ය මාසයේදී යථෝක්ත පීඨ ප්‍රජාවගේ ප්‍රකාශන කාර්යයන් ඇගයීම සිදු කරනු ලැබේ. එ් සඳහා පසුගිය වසර දක්වා ඔවුන් විසින් මුද්‍රණ කරනු ලැබ  ඇති ශාස්ත්‍රීය කෘති හා නිර්මාණාත්මක ප්‍රකාශන අංග (නවකතා\, කෙටිකතා\, පද්‍ය සංග්‍රහ\, ගේය පද හා තීරු ලිපි යනාදිය) සලකා බලනු ලැබීය. කෙසේ නමුත් කෝවිඩ් 19 හමුවේ පුද්ගල සමාජයේ සමස්ත ක්‍රියාකාරකම් අභියෝගයට ලක් වූ අතර මෙනිසා බොහෝ පිරිස් සිය කාර්යයන් අතුරින් බහුතරයක් මාර්ගගත ක්‍රමවේද ඔස්සේ සිදු කර ගැනීමට පෙලඹුනහ. ඒ අනුව ප්‍රකාශන කාර්යයද මාර්ගගත පළ කිරීම් කෙරෙහි වැඩි වශයෙන් නැඹුරු වූ අතර එය විවිධ යෙදවුම් ඔස්සේ සිදු වෙමින් පවතින බව දක්නට ලැබේ. මෙකී කරුණු සැලකිල්ලට ගනිමින් පීඨ ප්‍රකාශන කමිටුව\, නව ප්‍රකාශන අංග රැසක් මෙම වසරේ සිට පීඨ ප්‍රකාශන දිනයේදී ඇගයීමට ලක් කිරීමට තීරණ කර ඇති අතර එහිදී පූර්වයේ විශ්වවිද්‍යාලය මගින් කිසියම් අවස්ථාවක දී ඇගයීමට ලක් කර ඇති ප්‍රකාශන මෙම තරග අංශ සඳහා ඉදිරිපත් නොකිරීමට ඉල්ලුම්කරුවන් වග බලා ගත යුතුය. ඒ අනුව සියලු ප්‍රකාශන තරග අංශවලට අදාළව අධ්‍යයන/ අනධ්‍යයන/ ශිෂ්‍ය ප්‍රජාව විසින් ඉදිරිපත් කර ලද\, ආසන්න වසරේදී ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කොට ඇති ප්‍රකාශන සඳහා පසුගිය වසරවලදී මෙන්ම සහතික පත් හා මුදල් ත්‍යාග ලබා දෙන අතර මුදල් ත්‍යාග ලබා දීම\, නිර්ණායක මත පදනම්ව සිදු කරනු ලබයි. \n\nඅරමුණු\n\nපීඨයේ අධ්‍යයන/ අනධ්‍යයන/ ශිෂ්‍ය ප්‍රජාව ප්‍රකාශන කාර්යය සඳහා නැඹුරු කරවීම.\nගුණාත්මක මට්ටමින් වඩා සාධනීයත්වයක් හා ශාස්ත්‍රීය දැක්මකින් යුක්ත ප්‍රකාශකයන් බිහි කිරීම.\nනව තාක්ෂණික ක්‍රමවේද භාවිතය කෙරෙහි ප්‍රකාශකයන් යොමු කරවීම.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nනිර්ණායක\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nකෘති/ පරිච්ඡේද (මුද්‍රිත හෝ මාර්ගගත)\n\nකෘති යටතේ ශාස්ත්‍රීය කෘති\, නිර්දිෂ්ට කෘති\, පරිවර්තන කෘති\, නවකතා\, කෙටිකතා\, පද්‍ය සංග්‍රහ\, සංස්කරණ\, ගේය පද සංග්‍රහ යනාදි අංශවලට අදාළ මුද්‍රිත හෝ මාර්ගගත ප්‍රකාශන සඳහා මුදල් ත්‍යාග ලබා දීමේදී කෘතියක අන්තර්ගත පිටු ප්‍රමාණය සැලකිල්ලට ගනු ලබන අතර එහිදී පිටු 100ට අඩු හෝ පිටු 100ට වැඩි යනුවෙන් කාණ්ඩ කිරීම සිදු වේ. පීඨ ප්‍රකාශන කමිටුව විසින් ඒ ඒ වසරේදී නිර්ණය කර ඇති කාල සීමාව ඇතුළත අදාළ කෘති පළ කර තිබීම අත්‍යවශ්‍ය වන අතර අධ්‍යයන/අනධ්‍යයන/ශිෂ්‍ය යන පාර්ශ්ව සඳහා පොදු ඇගයීම් ක්‍රමයක් අනුගමන කරනු ලැබේ. \nපරිච්ඡේද – මේ හැරුණු කොට මාර්ගගත හෝ මුද්‍රිත කෘති සඳහා පීඨ ප්‍රජාව පරිච්ඡේද රචනයෙන් දායක වී ඇති අවස්ථාද පීඨ ප්‍රකාශන කමිටුවෙහි ඇගයීමට ලක් වේ. එහිදීද අදාළ පරිච්ඡේදවල අන්තර්ගත පිටු ප්‍රමාණය සැලකිල්ලට ගනිමින් පිටු 10ට වැඩි හෝ පිටු 10ට අඩු ලෙස කාණ්ඩ කර ඇගයීම් කටයුතු සිදු කෙරේ. \n\nපුවත්පත් ලිපි/සඟරා (මුද්‍රිත හෝ මාර්ගගත)\n\nපීඨයේ අධ්‍යයන/ අනධ්‍යයන/ ශිෂ්‍ය යනාදීන් විසින් ලියන ලද  ලිපි සහිත පුවත්පත් හෝ සඟරා (මාර්ගගත හෝ මුද්‍රිත) පීඨ ප්‍රකාශන කමිටුව විසින් නිර්ණය කරනු ලැබ ඇති කාල සීමාව ඇතුළත පළ වී තිබීම අනිවාර්යය වන අතර ඒවායෙහි පළ කර ඇති විශේෂාංග ලිපි\, තීරු ලිපි හා සම්මුඛ සාකච්ඡා යනාදිය මේ සඳහා අදාළ කොට සැලකේ. එසේ පළ කරනු ලැබ ඇති ලිපි ශාස්ත්‍රීය වශයෙන් වටිනාකමක් සහිත වීම. හෝ චින්තනාත්මක වශයෙන් සාධනීය ලක්ෂණ සහිත වීම පීඨ ප්‍රකාශන කමිටුවේ ඇගයීම් සඳහා පාදක වීමට බලපානු ඇත. සඟරාවල පළ කර ඇති ලිපි ඇගයීමට ලක් කිරීමේදී අදාළ සඟරා ජාතික පුස්තකාල හා ප්‍රලේඛන සේවා මණ්ඩලයේ ලියාපදිංචි වී තිබීම සැලකිල්ලට ගනු ලැබේ.  එසේම එම සඟරා සඳහා ලබා දී ඇති ISSN හා ලේඛකයාගේ නාමය යනාදි තොරතුරු\, තම ලිපි සමග පීඨ ප්‍රකාශන කමිටුව වෙත ලබා දීමද සිදු කළ යුතු වේ. මෙම තරග අංශයේදී එක් අයෙකු විසින් ලියන ලද ලිපි 5ක් පමණක් උපරිම වශයෙන් ඇගයීමට ලක් කරනු ඇත. \n\nයූ ටියුබ්හි පළ කරන ලද කෙටි චිත්‍රපට\, ගීත හා ශාස්ත්‍රීය විවරණ\n\nඅධ්‍යයන/අනධ්‍යයන/ශිෂ්‍ය යන පාර්ශ්ව විසින් නිර්මාණ කරනු ලැබ ඇති කෙටි චිත්‍රපට\, ගීත\, ශාස්ත්‍රීය විවරණ යන අංග ප්‍රකාශන කමිටුව නිර්දේශ කරන කාල සීමාව ඇතුළත යූ ටියුබ්හි පළ වී තිබිය යුතුය. නිර්මාණකරු විසින් තමන්ට අදාළ සෑම නිර්මාණයකම ප්‍රකාශන අයිතිය තහවුරු කිරීම මෙහිදී අනිවාර්යය වේ. එසේම එක් අයෙකු විසින් පළ කරනු ලැබ ඇති නිර්මාණ 5ක් පමණක් උපරිම වශයෙන් සලකා බලනු ලැබේ. මේ හැරුණු විට එම නිර්මාණවල ගුණාත්මකභාවය\, කාල  පරාසය යනාදියද කමිටුවේ විශේෂ අවධානයට ලක් වේ. මෙම සියලු ඇගයීම් කටයුතු පීඨ ප්‍රකාශන කමිටුව විසින් පත් කරනු ලබන\, අදාළ විෂය ප්‍රාමාණික ආචාර්යවරුන්ගෙන් යුක්ත අනු කමිටුවක නිර්දේශ මත සිදු කරනු ලැබීම විශේෂත්වයකි. \n\nබ්ලොග් අඩවි\, වෙබ් අඩවි\n\nඅධ්‍යයන/ අනධ්‍යයන/ ශිෂ්‍ය ප්‍රජාව විසින් පවත්වා ගෙන යනු ලබන බ්ලොග් අඩවි\, වෙබ් අඩවි මේ සඳහා අදාළ වේ. එහිදී අදාළ වෙබ් අඩවි/ බ්ලොග් අඩවි වෙත අංග 10ක් හෝ ඊට වැඩි ප්‍රමාණයක් එහි උඩුගත කර තිබීම\, ගුණාත්මකභාවය\, ශාස්ත්‍රීය වටිනාකමකින් යුක්ත වීම\, ප්‍රකාශන අයිතිය තහවුරු කිරීම යනාදියෙන් යුක්ත වීම කමිටුවේ ඇගයීමට ලක් වීම සඳහා අවැසි සුදුසුකම් වේ. (බ්ලොග් අඩවි හෝ වෙබ් අඩවි පිළිබඳ තොරතුරු පීඨ ප්‍රකාශන කමිටුව වෙත එවීමේ දී මෙම කරුණු තහවුරු කර\, වාර්තාවක් එවීම අත්‍යවශ්‍යය.) එක් වෙබ් අඩවියක්/බ්ලොග් අඩවියක් ඇගයීමට පාත්‍ර වන්නේ එක් වරක් පමණක් වන අතර එක් අයෙකු විසින් පවත්වා ගෙන යනු ලබන වෙබ්/බ්ලොග් අඩවි පහක් පමණක් එක් වරකදී ඇගයීමට ලක් වේ. මෙම සියලු ඇගයීම් කටයුතු පීඨ ප්‍රකාශන කමිටුව විසින් පත් කරනු ලබන\, අදාළ විෂය ප්‍රාමාණික ආචාර්යවරුන්ගෙන් යුක්ත අනු කමිටුවක නිර්දේශ මත සිදු කරනු ලැබීම විශේෂත්වයකි. \n\nයූ ටියුබ් නාලිකා\n\nඅධ්‍යයන/ අනධ්‍යයන/ ශිෂ්‍ය ප්‍රජාව විසින් පවත්වා ගෙන යනු ලබන යූ ටියුබ් නාලිකා මේ සඳහා අදාළ වේ. එහිදී අදාළ යූ ටියුබ් නාලිකා වෙත අංග 10ක් හෝ ඊට වැඩි ප්‍රමාණයක් එහි උඩුගත කර තිබීම\, අනුසන් කිරීම් (Subscribes) 20ට වැඩි වීම\, ගුණාත්මකභාවය\, ශාස්ත්‍රීය වටිනාකමකින් යුක්ත වීම\, ප්‍රකාශන අයිතිය තහවුරු කිරීම යනාදියෙන් යුක්ත වීම කමිටුවේ ඇගයීමට ලක් වීම සඳහා අවැසි සුදුසුකම් වේ. He is a proud USJ Alumni. He was the Platinum award winner of FCCISL Entrepreneur of the Year in 2005 as well as the much coveted CIMA Business Leader of the Year\, thus becoming the first ever entrepreneur to win both these awards in the same year.
