DESCRIPTION:Theme: Resilience and Reinvention for Sustainable Development in the VUCA world. \nThe 20th International Conference on Business Management (ICBM) organized by the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce\, University of Sri Jayewardenepura (USJ) under the above theme will be held on the 29th of February and 01st of March 2024 in Colombo\, Sri Lanka. We invite you to share your knowledge by submitting research papers at this Conference\, where your scholarly contribution will receive international recognition. \nPlease submit your full research papers to the Conference Management Portal https://icbm.sjp.ac.lk/psm/ on or before 25th September 2023. \nAlong with the main Conference\, a Ph.D. colloquium\, a Business forum\, and a Workshop series will also take place as briefed below. \nPh.D. COLLOQUIUM\nPh.D. students\, representing both local and international universities\, in the fields related to the Conference tracks are welcome to present their doctoral work-in-progress to a scholarly audience\, with the expectation that both Ph.D. students and the audience will be benefited from new knowledge. \nPlease submit your full papers to the Conference Management Portal https://icbm.sjp.ac.lk/psm/ on or before 25 th September 2023. \nBUSINESS FORUM\nThe Business Forum presents corporate journeys through sustainable development as scholastically developed case studies. It will be held on the 01st March 2024 in Colombo\, Sri Lanka. \nWORKSHOP SERIES\nA workshop series will be organized on significant areas related to the conference theme facilitating knowledge enhancement of both academics and corporates.
