  • MLPA Data interpretation for DMD and SMA using GENEMARKER or COFFEALYZER software. (All Students will be provided with a copy of software.)


Group 02-(1.5hours)
  • Genotyping for Triplet Repeat disorders- Singleplex PCR and TP PCR.

  • Introduction to Primer designing using Primer 3 software (After 1.5 hrs groups will have rotation)
