Certificate in Teaching in Higher Education (CTHE) Calling for applications – 2026
Applications are invited from those who are qualified to follow the Certificate in Teaching in Higher Education (CTHE) Programme conducted by the Staff Development Centre of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura (SDC/USJP). This course is especially designed for the university academic staff. It is a qualification recognized by the University Grants Commission to fulfill the requirement to apply for confirmation after completion of the probationary period of university academics. This course is also designed to support career development of the academics in the university system. The course is scheduled to commence in end of April 2026.

13. Strategic Planning and Management for Universities
Learning methods: Face-to-face sessions, group activities, online sessions, workshops, E-learning and self-learning
Two sessions of 3 hours on every Friday
Course fees: Rs. 50,000/= (to be paid before the commencement of the course)

An application fee of Rs. 1000/= should be paid to the
University of Sri Jayewardenepura
(A/C No. 097-1001-6-2315454 at Peoples Bank,
Gangodawila) and the bank slip should be submitted along with the application.
