Calling for Applications: Young Innovators Award in Health Sciences – 2024

The Research Committee at the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura is organizing an International Research Conference in Health Sciences (IRCHS- 2024) which will be held on 29th March 2024.
In conjunction with the conference, we are excited to announce the “Young Innovators Award – 2024” (YIA-2024), an opportunity for inventors to showcase their work on health innovations in abstract format. We invite you to submit your invention for consideration.The top three finalists will be honored with an award and a certificate for ‘Best Young Innovator in Health Sciences,’ along with 1stand 2nd runners-up awards. Additionally, the winners will have the opportunity to publish their extended abstracts in the e-conference proceedings. Furthermore, there is an exclusive chance to publish a full article in the ‘Journal of Health Sciences and Innovative Research,’ the official journal of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, USJ.
Eligibility
Under the age of 40 years as of March 29, 2024
Undergraduate/postgraduate student OR a graduate from a recognized university in Sri Lanka
Innovation is a health innovation as defined by the World Health Innovation Group (WHIGP)
