Scopus is the world’s largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed research literature over 22,000 titles from more than 5,000 international publishers which can be accessed through the USJP library website.
The library of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura has organized a user awareness session in collaboration with Elsevier (Publisher of Scopus).
Session details are as follows;

ස්කොපස් යනු ලොව විශාලතම වියුක්ත හා උත්ධෘත දත්ත ගබඩාවකි. එහි අන්තර්ජාතික ප්රකාශකයන් 5000කට වැඩි පිරිසක් විසින් සමාලෝචනය කරන ලද මාතෘකා 22000 කට වැඩි ගණනකට ඇතුළත් වූ පර්යේෂණ ශ්රී ජයවර්ධනපුර විශ්ව විද්යාලයේ පුස්තකාල වෙබ් අඩවියෙන් ලබාගත හැක. ඒ පිලිබඳ දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩසටහනක් ස්කොපස් ප්රකාශක එල්සෙවියර් සමාගම සමඟ සහයෝගයෙන් පැවැත්වේ.
