52nd Convocation of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura will be held on 13th, 14th, 15th & 16th October 2026 at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall for the conferment of degrees.
We are in the process of calling convocation supplication forms from the faculty wise this time.
Accordingly, graduands of the Faculty of Urban and Aquatic Bioresources (who have qualified based on the Final Results of the Final Examination 2025/2026) are hereby requested to submit their duly completed Convocation Supplication Forms in accordance with the instructions provided below.

A reply email confirming the receipt of the above documents will be sent to graduands within 14 days. Therefore, please ensure that you send the documents via your personal email address. If any graduand does not receive a reply email within this period, please contact the Dean’s Office after 14 days. (Contact number: 011 2815952)
The originals of the following documents (which were sent by email) should be forwarded by registered post to the address given below before 13.08.2026. In addition, a separate self-addressed envelope (9 x 4 inches) affixed with Rs. 70/= stamp must also be sent with these documents. Please ensure that your index number, registration number, and the name of the degree with the relevant course are written on the top left-hand corner of the envelope. (This envelope is essential for sending you the letters related to the Convocation by post. This has also been mentioned under item No. 02 of the Convocation Supplication Form).
(There is no need to send the certified copy of the Sinhala Language birth certificate / certified copy of the Sinhala translation of the birth certificate, or a printed copy of the scanned first two pages of the Student Record Book (No. 03 & 04 of the above list) by post.)

The name you have written on your Convocation Supplication Form must exactly match the name as it appears on your Sinhala Language birth certificate or the Sinhala translation of the Birth Certificate.
The declaration must be printed on the reverse side of the supplication form (A4 size paper)
Cloaks will be issued by the Faculty of Urban Science and Aquatic Bioresources (1st floor -Kohuwala Thakshila Building) on 10th October 2026 from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Before collecting your cloak, you must return all library books and hand over your Student Identity Card to the Faculty Office.

ඒ අනුව, නාගරික සහ ජලජ ජෛව සම්පත් පීඨයේ (2025/2026 අවසාන උපාධි පරීක්ෂණයේ ප්රතිඵල ලේඛනය අනුව) සුදුසුකම් ලබා ඇති උපාධිලාභීන් පහත සඳහන් උපදෙස් අනුව සම්පූර්ණ කරන ලද උපාධි ප්රදානෝත්සව අයදුම්පත් ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය.

විද්යුත් තැපෑල මගින් එවන ලද ලේඛන අතුරින් පහත සඳහන් කර ඇති ලේඛනයන්හි මුල් පිටපත් ද 2026.08.13 දිනට පෙර ලියාපදිංචි තැපෑලෙන් පහත ලිපිනයට එවිය යුතුය. ඒ සමග රු. 70/= ක මුද්දරයක් අලවන ලද (අඟල් 09 × 04 ප්රමාණයේ) තම ලිපිනය ලියන ලද ලියුම් කවරයක් එවිය යුතු අතර, එහි වම්පස ඉහළ කෙළවරේ ලියාපදිංචි අංකය, විභාග අංකය සහ අදාළ පාඨමාලාව සමඟ උපාධියේ නම සඳහන් කර තිබිය යුතුය. උපාධි ප්රදානෝත්සව ලෝගු ලබාදීම 2026 ඔක්තෝබර් 10 දින පෙ.ව. 8.30 සිට ප.ව. 4.30 දක්වා නාගරික සහ ජලජ ජෛව සම්පත් පීඨයේදී (1 වන මහල – කොහුවල තක්ෂිලා ගොඩනැගිල්ල) සිදු කරනු ඇත. උපාධි ප්රදානෝත්සව ලෝගුව ලබාගැනීමට පෙර, පුස්තකාලයෙන් ලබාගෙන ඇති සියලු පොත් ආපසු භාරදීමත්, ශිෂ්ය හැඳුනුම්පත පීඨ කාර්යාලයට භාරදීමත් කළ යුතුය.
