We are pleased to announce that applications are open for the Research Awards for the years 2024 and 2025. All the permanent staff members of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and the Postgraduate Institute of Management are eligible to apply.
Please note the following:
- You should apply for research awards 2024 and 2025 separately
- You can also apply for the Common Category: Stream 2 (For details please refer to online application system)
- Online application submission deadline is 16 th January 12.00 midnight
- Application submission system generates separate summary documents for each year of submission. It will also generate another summary document for Stream 2, Common Categories.
- The PDF versions of summary documents can be downloaded from the online submission system, as you complete respective yearly submissions and common category submissions.
- You are requested to hand over the signed hard copies of the summary documents to the Office of the Research Council on or before 23 rd January 2026 (4.00 pm)
Eg. If you have applied for Research Awards 2024 and Stream 2: Common Category, you are expected to hand over 2 signed hard copies of summary documents to the Research Council by the given deadline.
