University of Sri Jayewardenepura celebrated its 17th External Degree Convocation 2023 on Sunday, December 24, 2023, at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall in Colombo 07. A total of 2348 graduates participated in the ceremony, receiving degrees across various disciplines.
The Chancellor, Most Ven. Dr. Ittapana Dhammalankara Thero, shares a heartfelt message with the graduates, wishing them all the best and urging them to utilize their newfound knowledge and skills to make a positive impact on the world. Meanwhile, the Vice-Chancellor, Senior Professor M.M. Pathmalal, congratulates the graduates and encourages them to uphold the legacy of their Alma Mater, ensuring it continues to shine brightly in the academic world.
