TEMPORARY RESEARCH ASSISTANT
The Centre for Quality Assurance of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, invites applications from prospective candidates for the post of Temporary Research Assistant (Full-Time), to be appointed with immediate effect.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Should be citizen of Sri Lankan
- Age should be below 30 years on the submission date of the application.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Pass in BA/BSc degree (or equivalent degree) with a class from a UGC- recognized University
- Working experience in a similar capacity is preferable
PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- High level of IT literacy in office package, especially in the areas of MS/Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop, email and preferably in Statistical Packages.
- Capable of working in fast-paced environment.
- Task-oriented with time management and organizational skills.
- Self-driving and highly motivated.
- Capable of working in team environment inspiring trust and cooperation of the other team members.
SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS:
All inclusive Rs.49,000.00/month
CONTRACT PERIOD:
This is a Temporary (Full-time) position. Initially the contract appointment shall be for a period of 12 months and may be renewed based on performance.
