As per directive by the University Grants Commission (UGC), the University of Sri Jayewardnepura will be closed for all academic and postgraduate activities for two weeks (with effect from 13th March 2020) as a precautionary measure against corona-virus (COVID-19).
This measure will be in effect starting from the evening of 13th March 2020. Students will be required to vacate the hostels by noon on 14th March 2020.
