We are in the process of calling convocation supplication forms for the 52nd Convocation scheduled to be held on 13th, 14th, 15th & 16th October at BMICH.
In this regard, Convocation Supplication Forms are currently being called from the eligible graduands.
The Faculty of Graduate Studies Session will be held as follows:
Date: Friday, 16th October 2026
Time: 2.30 p.m.
Venue: Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH)
Session: 12th Session

Accordingly, eligible graduands of the Faculty of Graduate Studies are required to fill out convocation supplication form (Google Form) on or before 07.09.2026.
Scanned copies or photos of bank slips will be required to be uploaded to process applications.
Supplication forms will not be accepted after this deadline for any reason. Names will be listed under “in absentia” for those who did not submit before the deadline.
Convocation Fee: Rs. 10,500/-
Refundable Cloak Fee: Rs. 5,000/-
Instructions for payment
- Visit https://stu.payments.sjp.ac.lk/sjp/slipPrintingOnlinef.php
- Type your NIC number and select Faculty of Graduate Studies
- Select the payment category (Income Type either Convocation Fee / Refundable Cloak Fee)
- Make the payment by using Visa/Master Card or download two bank slips for Convocation Fee & Refundable Cloak Fee and visit a nearest People’s Bank to make the payment
Documents to be sent by Registered Post
The following documents should be sent by registered post to the below-mentioned address to reach us on or before 10.09.2026.
- A duly filled declaration Form (A4 size)
- The bank receipts for the payment of the convocation fee & Refundable Cloak fee (yellow copies for the bank payment/generated payment slips for online payment)
- A self-addressed (23 cm x 10 cm) Rs. 120/= stamped envelope stating the registration number & the name of the degree with the relevant course on the top left-hand corner.
This envelope is necessary to send you the documents relevant to the convocation by post.
You must send that filled declaration form with original payment slips and a self-addressed envelope through registered post to the following address.
