7th International Conference on Multidisciplinary Approaches (ICMA – 2020)

International Conference on Multidisciplinary Approaches (ICMA), organized annually by the Faculty of Graduate Studies of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura is a forum to bring together academics and industry professionals engaged in multidisciplinary research & development to discuss innovative ideas and diverse topics in a multidisciplinary approach. This is an opportunity for them to share knowledge and experiences towards national and global development.

7th International Conference on Multidisciplinary Approaches 2020 was held on 08th December 2020 at the senate board room of University of Sri Jayewardenepura under the topic “Multidisciplinary Approach to Overcome Challenges posed by Covid-19 – Towards National & Global Development”. Senior professor Sudantha Liyanage : Vice-Chancellor, University of Sri Jayewardenepura graced the event as the Chief Guest while Mr. Robert Juhkam, Resident Representative, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Mr. Thorsten Bargfrede, Deputy Head of Mission, Delegation of the European Union to Sri Lanka and Maldives delivered the guest speeches. Prof. M. Pathmalal; Dean, Faculty of Graduate Studies, Prof. Laleen Karunanayake; Dean, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Prof. Hiran Amarasekara, Prof. Hemanthi Ranasinghe, heads of departments, academic and non-academic staff members also participated in the conference.
