Faculty of Technology of USJ signs MOU with Malaysia University of Science and Technology on Management and IT on last October 17, 2022. Event held as a hybrid event at the Seneta Board Room and Malaysia University of Science and Technology.
This MoU was initiated as a result of friendship and negotiation between Dr Pulasthi Gunawardhana, Senior Lecturer, ICT Department, Faculty of Technology, the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and Professor Sellappan Palaniappa, Provost, Malaysia University of Science and Technology. Malaysia University of Science and Technology and the University of Sri Jayewardenepura wish to continue their cooperation to provide opportunities for academics and students to pursue their studies worldwide and promote research in the field of Management and Information Technology. This MoU is valid for a period of 10 years, and it envisages Knowledge sharing, Student and Faculty exchange programmes, Collaborative Research, and Joint Seminars, Webinars, & Conferences.
This MoU was signed by Senior Professor Sudantha Liyanage, Vice Chancellor of the University of Sri Jayewardnepura and Professor Premkumar Rajgopal, President of Malaysia University of Science and Technology.
