The Faculty of Applied Sciences of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura welcomes new students to the faculty for the academic year 2018 on 02nd January 2019 at the Bandaranayeke Hall of the university. An orientation programme was commenced on 7th January 2019 and will be taken place until 11th January 2019.
Prof. Sampath Amaratunge, Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Sudhantha Liyanage, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, Prof. Hemanthi Ranasinghe, Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Dr. Nayana Wijayasundara, Librarian of the University, heads of respective departments, academic and non-academic members participated in the first day of the orientation programme.
