The ideal candidate should possess:
An Honours Degree in the English or Sinhala medium in any fields of studies with a First Class or a Second Class Upper Division.
In addition,
candidate should possess excellent communication skills (Oral and Written) in English and IT.
The ideal candidate should be a good team player and willing to work long hours and on weekends if necessary.
