Senior Professor HHDNP Opatha attached to the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura launched his new book titled Sustainable Human Resource Management by holding a simple formal ceremony on 07/01/2019 at the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce of USJ.
This book is on Sustainable Human Resource Management, which will be one of the most important subjects in the education of Management of Organizations in the future and goals of the organization will have to be expanded to address current challenges which are being faced by HR Managers and other managers in contemporary organizations which are increasingly expected to serve not only owners and other direct stakeholders (customers, employees, and suppliers) but also society and environment.
