Sri Lankan Journal of Real Estate (SLJRE)
Sri Lankan Journal of Real Estate (SLJRE) is a refereed journal published by the Center for Real Estate Studies (CRES), Department of Estate Management and Valuation of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. This journal is published biannually in July and December. Papers received on or before 01st of March and 01st of October in every year are considered for publication of the year.
We are glad to inform you that now we are accepting papers, which will be published in Open Access in the said journal without imposing any type of article processing charge (APC) or article submission charge.
SLJRE is devoted to the publication of peer reviewed, high-quality, original research papers and review papers in both traditional topics and those of emerging areas. The SLJRE accommodates research papers related to several key areas like Real Estate, Land Economics, Urban Development, Agricultural Valuation, Property Valuation and Construction. However, it’s scope is not solely limited those areas.
SLJRE is currently a non-indexed journal which is published twice a year (issues in June and December). The journal aspires to be indexed soon. Hence, prospective authors may anticipate critical and comprehensive reviews, made by renowned and experienced referees.
We look forward to receiving your submissions soon. Authors interested in submitting manuscripts for the December 2021 Issue may consider 01st of October 2021 as the deadline. Otherwise, authors may opt to send the manuscript before 01st of March 2021 that will be published in the June 2022 Issue.
