A SISTER-DAILAB at Genetic Diagnostic and Research Laboratory, Department of Anatomy, Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura which will facilitate multidisciplinary and innovative research linking industry and academia was established.Unveiling the DAILAB name plate took place following Signing of Memorandum of Understanding on Trilateral collaboration in Science and Technology between Japan, India and Sri Lanka: National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science (“AIST”) and Biomedical Research Institute (BMRI), Japan and Department of Biotechnology (DBT), India and University of Sri Jayewardenepura, (USJP) Sri Lanka on 19th April 2016.
