The nutrients of Pepper are capable of locating cancer cells and destroying them.

It’s also an excellent remedy in controlling diabetics.

Ginger –               The nutrients of Ginger help prevent Cancer and high blood pressure.

Garlic –                 Helps prevent diseases that affect the lungs.

Turmeric –          Researches have found that Turmeric is ranked within the top 5 ingredients which contain Vitamin A

It has influence on controlling aging, degeneration of important cells in the body and can control the poisonous substance produced in the Liver

They further went on to saying that many of the spices we use are those imported from India and that researches have now found that the pesticides used when cultivating such spices in large scale enter our bodies at the point of consumption.

Furthermore, the spices that are grinded through automated machines result in an unnatural heightening of the temperature of the spices while the traditional way of using the “Miris Gala” etc. wherein water is added continuously in the grinding process helps maintaining this temperature.
