Welcome ceremony and the Orientation Program for the new intake of the Faculty of Engineering was held on 28th November 2019.

Prof. Sampath Amaratunge; Vice-chancellor of the University, Dr. Chaminda Konthesingha; Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Pathmalal Manage; Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies, a large number of respective invitees graced the event. Also, Heads of Departments of the Faculty of Engineering and academic staff and academic supporting staff participated in the welcome ceremony.
