Moody’s Analytics Knowledge Services and the Department of Accounting of Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura made and entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the 06th of June 2019 at the Vice Chancellor’s Office.
Vice Chancellor; Senior Professor Sampath Amaratunga, Head of the Department of Accounting; Dr. Harendra Kariyawasam, Overall Internship Coordinator; Senior Professor Samanthi Senaratne, academic members of the respective Department and representatives from the Moody’s Analytics Knowledge Services participated for this event.
This MoU will provide internship opportunities for the third and fourth-year students of the Department of Accounting. Further, Moody’s Analytics Knowledge Services has focused on conducting introductory sessions annually for second-year students prior to the commencement of the internship, and workshops to develop the soft skills of students.
