52nd Convocation of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura will be held on 13th, 14th, 15th & 16th October 2026 at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall for the conferment of degrees.
We are in the process of calling convocation supplication forms from the faculty wise.
Accordingly, based on the results released thus far by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, graduands who have qualified under all Honours degree programmes are required to submit the completed convocation supplication form in accordance with the instructions given below. (Graduands of the Bachelor of Arts degree programme will be informed once their results are released.)
(Graduands from other faculties also be called in due course.)

A reply email confirming the receipt of the above documents will be sent to graduands within 14 days. Therefore, please ensure that you send the documents via your personal email address. If any graduand does not receive a reply email within this period, please contact the Academic Student Affairs, Publications & Examinations Division after 14 days. (Contact number: 011 2758219)
The originals of the following documents (which were sent by email) should be forwarded by registered post to the address given below before 29.05.2026. In addition, a separate self-addressed envelope (9 x 4 inches) affixed with Rs. 70/= stamp must also be sent with these documents. Please ensure that your index number, registration number, and the name of the degree with the relevant course are written on the top left-hand corner of the envelope. (This envelope is essential for sending you the letters related to the Convocation by post. This has also been mentioned under item No. 02 of the Convocation Supplication Form).

The name you have written on your Convocation Supplication Form must exactly match the name as it appears on your Sinhala Language birth certificate or the Sinhala translation of the Birth Certificate.
The declaration must be printed on the reverse side of the supplication form (A4 size paper)
Cloaks will be issued by the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences on 10th & 11th, October 2026. Before collecting your cloak, you must return all library books and hand over your Student Identity Card to the Faculty Office.

උපාධි ප්රදානෝත්සවය සඳහා අදාළ උපාධි ප්රදානෝත්සව අයදුම් පත්රය කැඳවීමේ ක්රියාවලිය පීඨ අනුව සිදුකරනු ලැබේ.
ඒ අනුව මානවශාස්ත්ර හා සමාජීයවිද්යා පීඨයේ මේ වන විට නිකුත් කරන ලද ප්රතිඵල අනුව සුදුසුකම් ලැබූ සියලුම ගෞරව උපාධි පාඨමාලාවන්ට අදාළ උපාධිලාභීන් විසින් මෙහි දක්වා ඇති උපදෙස් පරිදි සම්පූර්ණ කරන ලද උපාධි ප්රදානෝත්සව අයදුම් පත්රය ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය. (මානවශාස්ත්ර හා සමාජීයවිද්යා පීඨයේ ශාස්ත්රවේදී උපාධිලාභීන් සඳහා ඔවුන්ගේ ප්රතිඵල නිකුත් වූ පසුව දැනුම් දෙනු ලැබේ.)

විද්යුත් තැපෑල මගින් එවන ලද ලේඛන අතුරින් පහත සඳහන් කර ඇති ලේඛනයන්හි මුල් පිටපත් ද 2026.05.29 දිනට පෙර ලියාපදිංචි තැපෑලෙන් පහත ලිපිනයට එවිය යුතුය. ඒ සමග රු. 70/= ක මුද්දරයක් අලවන ලද (අඟල් 09 × 04 ප්රමාණයේ) තම ලිපිනය ලියන ලද ලියුම් කවරයක් එවිය යුතු අතර, එහි වම්පස ඉහළ කෙළවරේ ලියාපදිංචි අංකය, විභාග අංකය සහ අදාළ පාඨමාලාව සමඟ උපාධියේ නම සඳහන් කර තිබිය යුතුය. උපාධි ප්රදානෝත්සව ලෝගු ලබාදීම 2026 ඔක්තෝබර් 10 සහ 11 යන දිනවල මානවශාස්ත්ර හා සමාජීයවිද්යා පීඨයේදී සිදු කරනු ඇත. උපාධි ප්රදානෝත්සව ලෝගුව ලබාගැනීමට පෙර, පුස්තකාලයෙන් ලබාගෙන ඇති සියලු පොත් ආපසු භාරදීමත්, ශිෂ්ය හැඳුනුම්පත පීඨ කාර්යාලයට භාරදීමත් කළ යුතුය.
