A staff development workshop, organized by the Staff Development Center, was held at Hotel Berjaya, Mt.Lavinia, on 29th September 2015. The workshop was intended for the heads of departments, with the aim of discussing administration problems and strategies. It was duly titled “Better Networking”.
The morning session was reserved for conferring on administration and communication, while the afternoon saw the discussion of matters relating to various aspects of administration and trouble shooting. The attendees were equally given a chance to pose their questions either on the matters brought forward, or those that they came across during work. The workshop was addressed by three principal speakers, Prof. D.A. Tantrigoda, the Registrar and the Bursar.
A number of department heads were present at the workshop.
