The Department of Human Resource Management of the Faculty of Managment Studies and Commerce, successfully conducted 6th International HR Dialogue 2018 at Foundation Institute Sri Lanka on 14th July 2018 under the theme of “Digitizing, HR Analytics, and Future of HRM” The objective of the forum was to open the forum for HR Professionals, HR Academics, and HR Undergraduates to enrich knowledge on new trends in HRM and researchers from across the globe. The total number of participants was about 250.
