Webometrics has released it’s January 2022 University Ranking. The University of Sri Jayewardenepura becomes 3rd Best University in Sri Lanka according to this latest Webometrics ranking.

The University of Sri Jayewardenepura has improved its ranking from 4th place in July 2021 to 3rd place in January 2022 bypassing the University of Ruhuna within just 6 months.  and still ahead of the University of Kelaniya, and University of Moratuwa. A few years back the University of Sri Jayewardenepura was in 6th place in the same Webometrics ranking.
