“Shadows of Success” is a novel initiative of the Career Skills Development Society of the Career Guidance Unit of University of Sri Jayewardenepura. This programme involves a series of workshops that would feature noteworthy personalities of the country – who have thrived as professionals in their respective fields, gaining much respect and admiration. This programme aims to provide a sense of direction to our students guiding them in making advantageous career choices with more conviction.
Second workshop of the “Shadows of Success” – workshop series was conducted by Mr. Lasith Malinga, legendary Cricketer on 9th January 2018 at the Science Auditorium. Prof. Sampath Amaratunge, Vice Chancellor of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Dr. (Mrs.) M. G. G. Tharanganie, Director – Career Guidance Unit, Mrs. Chathuranagani Thennakoon, Career Advisor and many academic and non academic members of the university participated in the workshop.
