The official website of the Student Welfare Division of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura was launched by the Vice-Chancellor of the University, Senior Prof. Sampath Amaratunge at the University board room on the 19th of December 2019. Professor Hiran Amarasekara, Director of Digital Media and Communication, Senior Professor Hemantha Kottewatte; Director of Welfare Division, Mrs. Thushari Malkanthi, Deputy Registrar of Student Welfare and all the sub wardens graced the event.
The Vice-Chancellor stated that these opportunities should be given to the university students and thanked all who helped while declaring the official website of the Student Welfare Division open.
